The raw materials cost keep increasing these days!

In Nov and Dec of 2020, China meets the biggest increase in the past 10 years on the raw materials. It increase about 13-18%! It is indeed so crazy. We never meet this before.

We also try to check why this time, the raw materials increase so much. After investigation, we found, the main increase is beause of Covid-19 happened in the whole world, so like some Southeast Asia countries, they before also exported a lot. Like India, Combodia, Vietnam, but because of Covid1-19, they did not control it well. So a lot of factories are closed. Can not produced at all. So that cause most of importing demand are rush to China. So increased the exporting burden of China a lot suddenly, that cause the big demand of raw materials. That is why the raw materials cost increase so much in Nov and Dec of 2020.

We just hope Covid-19 will pass soon. Then all will be better!  

Also, in the Nov, Dec and Jan of 2021, the ocean freight has increased too much. It is mostly 2-3times of before. So unbelievable. Make the exporting and foreign sales become more complicated in 2021!
