Summary
The car body sticker is used for printing on the car body. This type of printing has good adhesion and resistance to sunlight.
The structure includes three parts: PVC functional layer, adhesive layer and backing paper. According
to the different production and processing technology of PVC film, the film can be divided into casting
grade film and calender grade film. The main characteristics of the calendered film include: thickness
(0.075-0.1) mm; no transfer paper is required; large shrinkage; medium and short-term use; for flat or
small curved surfaces; general weather resistance and chemical resistance. There is no casting film in
China, that is, the film produced by the casting process.
The composition of common car body film products:
White glue body sticker: white calendered film, good weather resistance, white pressure activated
adhesive, excellent flat surface covering performance, 1-3 years of use.
Black glue body sticker: black calendered film, good weather resistance, black pressure activated
adhesive, excellent flat surface covering performance, 1-3 years of use.
With the decrease in the price of car stickers and the increase in the requirements for car body use,
many car stickers have changed their uses, such as being used for pasting KT panels for display. There
are more and more machines using eco-solvent inks in China, and body stickers have occupied more
and more shares in the market as a kind of indoor and outdoor advertising materials.
